Camp Wildpaw

Camp Wildpaw is an awesome Furry event scheduled for Easter Long Weekend '09!

Rick (the warden) has gotten back to me, so here is all the info I have so far about Camp Wildpaw and cost-involvements (you know, so you can start putting away the massive amounts it will take to come along :p)

The plan is flexible, but basically we'll be having an awesome weekend of hanging, hiking, archery, ZOMG GAMES!!, camp-fires, being crazy,a low-ropes course (with instructor and safety gear included!) marshmallow-toasting and anything else we can possibly squeeze in!

Here's what it'll cost:
site hire= (8x4) $32 per person for the weekend (cheapest accomodation ever). If you have a tent, bring it, if not, we'll make space.
Ropes course= A whopping $3 per person :'O That includes safety gear and an instructor. Its wicked fun, and a great way to build a team atmosphere.

Food= At this stage, it is hard to tell. We'll need to find out how many people are interested in coming along, if you are, please post below to give us an indication. Basically, the more people who come, the less we each have to pay towards food, and at the moment, we're looking at about $50-60 per person for their weekends food. Cooking will be shared (and Aussie Husky has volunteered to do some excellent chef-work if he decides to come along)

So approximately $85 for the whole long-weekend.

Also, I've just registered a domain for Camp Wildpaw, I'm doin' my bestest to get it up and running asap ^^

I'm really looking forward to this.

It's been far too long since I've been camping, and a furry camping event is even better.

The location is Ingleside Scout Camp, about 30 minutes outside of Sydney.
