Movie ticket bookings close 35mins before the session commences.
We recommend you attend the cinemas to purchase your tickets at least an hour before the session begins, or earlier if possible, to avoid tickets selling out. Southbank is not a seating-allocated cinema so you can buy your tickets at different times and still sit together.
You can also purchase your tickets via the website - which is linked below.

Cinemas are a cash only facility. There is an ATM located outisde the cinemas.
Only gift vouchers purchased via the web site can be used to book online. All others need to be exchanged at the cinema for tickets.

Ticket prices:
Adults $8.50
Students/Seniors $6.50
Children/Pensioners $4.50

More info on the cinemas can be found here - http://www.cineplex.com.au/sessions-SB.php

As personal opinion - Transformers is better than the second one so don't be too worried about it being a pile of crud - but do expect a Michael Bay movie :P
Kung Fu Panda 2 was good and on par with the original.
The others I haven't seen but I'm totally not touching the penguin movie XD
