It has occurred to me that all my photography has been done since 2004 and a short jaunt through my ever expanding collection has prompted me to start this thread in the hopes of getting people's opinions on my work. It is also a great way to show off my work to people who have not yet seen it. Below is a random collection of pics stretching from Toowoomba to Melbourne and everything in between. This is in no way all of my pics as that would take hours to get through so these are just my random bests. More will follow when i get them ready for posting.

Long shutter speed. They keep the shutter open for a while and hope for a lightning to strike.

Also, awesome photos there, fox! Some of them are really fantastic ^^

You asked for opinion, so here goes.. :)

Your photos are generally well exposed and nicely cropped, however you're doing yourself a disservice by not having the horizon (or apparent horizon) level in some shots. A lot of people won't notice a level horizon, but will notice a slightly crooked one.

I like that you've got a transportation theme! A key thing here is, and you're already doing this in most photos, to record the vehicle numbers. That gives the photos longevity. In 20, 50, 100 years time, people can look at the photos and say "Oh, that's an A23 Pilatus PC-9/A and it's aircraft number 27 which was flown by such and such."

If you ever get the chance, try to take a photo of the craft/vehicle with it's operator, just for something different. :D

Keep it up!
