hey.. In recent times, I have gone through the process of mourning the loss of a family member.

Sad news, but being so musically minded, the first thing i thought of when I heard the news, was the song that was on in the background. I bawled like a baby, and will probably never be able to listen to this song again without thinkin about my pop... and I was wondering if anyone else had songs that ment something special to them...

so here is my song

Fix You- Coldplay

Grinspoon - Kid in a Rockshow. It was the first song I learned to play on guitar.

Aphex Twin - Come to Daddy. In high school I saw a clip of some guy doing parkour and it was set to this music and didn't give the name of it. I must have watched that clip hundreds of times over, the music was just so radically different to anything I'd ever heard before.

And whatever that song is in the movie Bicentennial Man with Robin Williams as the robot, when he's proctecting the bride and groom dancing on the water. It an absolutely beautiful scene and I start crying everytime I hear the song without fail. I don't know what the name of it is though *shakes fist*
