How did you find out about the furry fandom?

Ok fur's.. Im basicly asking How did you find out about the furry fandom?

ie did you: Stumble upon a fur site? {Furaffinity, WikiFur ect}

A friend showed you/Talked about the anthro fandom?

You saw that csi episode?

And so on....

As for me..? I can't fully remember {Forgetfull fox is Forgetfull} x__x But i think i was wearing a collar around {Because i liked it, Kinda stylish} And my friend, Asked weither i was a fur so i googled it and then fell deeper into the rabbit hole...

(Deja'vu - I think there was an earlier thread about this).

Started reading webcomics, particularly furry ones. Started participating in forums for those comics and learned how large the furry community was. Made friends with other furries in those forums.

How did I find out about the Aussie furry fandom? After I missed out on the only affordable opportunity to meet up with those friends (long story) I realised I had a better chance of meeting furries if I knew of some in Australia. Started looking for Aussie groups in Wikifur, then Googled the groups mentioned there and finally found Furstralia.

Mine was simple internet curiosity after my friends who belong to my online gaming community were talking about "Furries" and "Yiff". I had sidestepped looking into the whole furry thing for near a year but I broke at that point and decided to find out what it was about since it kept coming up. Beyond that, well... Im not going to talk about it =I
